Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YouLinkTo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

YouLinkTo provides a platform for URL shortening, QR code generation, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Use the service lawfully and not misuse it in any way.

4. One Free Account Per Person

Each person may hold one account on the Free plan. The Free plan's limits, such as the number of links and pages, apply per person, not per email address. You may not register additional accounts, under different email addresses or by any other means, to obtain more than the Free plan allows; if you need more, upgrade to a paid plan.

To enforce this we may refuse to create a new account where we detect that the person registering already holds one, for example from the device or IP address used. Where we find that one person holds several Free accounts, we may suspend the additional accounts, disable their links and pages, and block further registrations, in line with section 7.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for securing your account and immediately notifying us of unauthorized use. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on YouLinkTo, including logos, designs, and text, are owned by us. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also discontinue using our services at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

YouLinkTo is not liable for any damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of YouLinkTo signifies your acceptance of any changes.
